3D Spherical Convention Benchmarks

Presents results of Nussult numbers, RMS velocity, averaged temperature, and maximum and minimum flow velocity and temperature at the mid-mantle depth for a number of cases from CitcomS. More benchmark cases are needed to test time-dependent convection at even higher Ra, and internal heating convection, and the community's comments and suggestions are solicited.
