CitcomCU
CitcomCU is a finite element parallel code capable of modeling thermochemical convection in a three dimensional domain appropriate for convection within the Earth's mantle.
Based on the original Citcom code developed by Louis Moresi, CitcomCU was developed by Shijie Zhong at the University of Colorado at Boulder and implements many new extensions, such as support for both regional cartesian and regional spherical geometries, thermochemical convection with particles, and extended Boussinesq approximations. For more details, refer to the README file included in this distribution.
