Community Software Area on XSEDE (formerly TeraGrid)

CIG has preinstalled some of its open-source software in XSEDE's Community Software Area (CSA) on Ranger and Lonestar Machines. We welcome users to apply for computing resources by applying for a CSA account.

Application for Community Software Area Allocation
If you are a U.S. researcher and you wish to run the CIG software preinstalled in the XSEDE Community Software Area, CIG can provide small allocations of time to get you up and running.
Site-Specific Instructions for Using CSA Software
After receiving your allocation to try out CIG software, follow the instructions for the facility you will be using: the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA), the San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC), or the Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC).
